📌 Important Guidelines for Guests

  • Wear light-colored, loose, full-sleeve clothing

  • Avoid bright colors and perfumes

  • Use sandals/shoes with straps (no heels)

  • Keep luggage small for adventure tours

  • No loud talking inside the forest

  • Do not waste water (river water is salty)

  • Do not touch or damage forest plants

  • No littering—carry waste back

  • Respect local people & other tourist groups

  • Follow instructions of guides & security staff

💰 Booking Rules & Policies

  1. 50% advance required at booking; remaining 50% before boarding.

  2. Cancellation 10 days before trip → 10% service charge.

  3. Cancellation within 5 days → 50% deduction.

  4. Cancellation within 1–3 days → 75% deduction.

  5. If the government suspends Sundarbans travel → 90% refund, even 1 day before.

  6. NID/Birth Certificate (or Passport for foreigners) must be submitted during booking.

  7. Foreign guests:

    • Revenue + VAT + service charge = ৳3,666 per day

    • Total for 3-day tour: ৳11,000 added to package

    • Same for children and elderly

  8. Bangladeshi Children:

    • 0–3 years → Free

    • 3–8 years → 50% (sharing bed with parents)

    • Separate bed requires full package

    • One child per couple bed; more than one needs a 3-bed cabin
