**Marian Sundarban Tour & Travel** has been organizing Sundarban journeys for photographers, nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts for many years.

Based on our long experience, we are arranging this **special and carefully planned Sundarban expedition under our own management and planning.**

Due to the nature of this expedition, **limited participation will be accepted under specific terms and conditions.**

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Due to the special nature, duration and cruising pattern of this expedition, the cost is slightly higher than a regular Sundarban tour.

**Booking confirmation is required** before joining the Messenger Group. The detailed tour plan and further instructions will be shared exclusively in the group after confirmation.

Anyone who agrees to and follows the tour conditions may participate. **However, this expedition is not recommended for children or elderly participants.**

**Wildlife sightings and photography are entirely dependent on nature, weather, tides and luck.** Marian Sundarban Tour & Travel does not guarantee sightings or photography of any particular animal. No complaint regarding wildlife sightings or photography expectations will be accepted.

**Land activities will be limited.** A significant portion of the expedition will be spent cruising through rivers and narrow forest creeks by boat.

The exact locations and duration of stays at different points inside the Sundarbans will depend entirely on **tide conditions, weather, waterways and practical navigation requirements.**

If the journey is disrupted or cancelled after departure due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, **Marian Sundarban Tour & Travel will not bear sole responsibility for such circumstances.**

If the tour must be cancelled **at least 24 hours before departure** due to an official weather warning from the Bangladesh Meteorological Department or any national-level unavoidable circumstance, the **full tour payment will be refunded.**
