📌 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash before boarding.
2. 
   Cancellation 10 days before departure: 10% service charge will be deducted.
3. 
   Cancellation within 5 days: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
4. 
   Cancellation within 1–3 days: 75% of the total amount will be deducted.
5. 
   If the Sundarbans is officially declared closed due to a national disaster or other applicable government/authority decision, 90% of the advance payment will be refunded, even if the cancellation occurs 1 day before departure.
6. 
   All Bangladeshi guests must provide a photocopy of their NID/Voter ID or Birth Certificate at the time of booking. Foreign guests must provide a photocopy of their passport.
7. 
   For foreign guests, applicable forest revenue, VAT and service charges of BDT 3,666 per day will be added to the package. For a 3-day tour, the total additional charge is BDT 11,000 per person, applicable to both adults and children.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CHILD POLICY FOR BANGLADESHI GUESTS

• 0–3 years: Free of charge• 3–8 years: 50% of the package price when sharing a bed with parents• A child requiring a separate bed will be charged the full package rate• More than one child cannot share a double bed. A 3-bed room must be booked where applicable.
